So a little bit about me......

My name is Lyndsay and I've worked in the Fitness Industry for 16 years. My last place of employment was St Andrews University where I worked as the Fitness and Exercise Manager at the University Sports Centre for 5 years. I left there to embrace the world of self employment and I've never looked back since.

I've always had a keen interest in both the fields of health and fitness and feel privileged to have made a successful career from something that I'm so passionate about.

Training has always been a huge part of my life and I love being able to share my experiences with my clients. I'd say that the achievements I'm most proud of are running the Loch Ness Marathon in 2014 and placing 5th in my first bodybuilding show , UKDFBA, in 2016 as a figure competitor. I'll never run another marathon, EVER, but I will continue to work on bringing a better physique to the stage. It's fair to say I've found my niche.

My biggest challenge to date was being diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in 2006. Not for a second has it stopped me living an active life and achieving any crazy goal that I've set myself. I love a challenge!!

What's my secret to success?

There is no secret! I believe that success comes from making sure the journey towards your goals is realistic, flexible, non linear, and well thought out.

Progress is as phycological as it is physical. Like every task you need he right tools for the job. "Whether you think you can or you can't you are right". I work with clients to help them believe and see that they can. With the correct mindset great things can be accomplished.

I do love a motivational quote........and shopping for gym gear!
